💻Import and Export Contacts in Outlook 2016 👇☝

If you use Outlook for work, at some point you may need to import and export contacts from your account. Though it may seem complicated, it is actually an easy process if you use the tricks we lay out in this video.

Have you ever tried to import something into Outlook, only to have your file rejected, or your data imported incorrectly?  If you are trying to import contacts into Outlook from a file that isn’t using the same data fields that Outlook needs, you will get bogged down trying to make sure that your data is mapped correctly. If, for example, your ‘first name’ data gets mapped to the ‘last name’ data field, your data will flow into Outlook incorrectly.

Before you import anything into Outlook, you will need to know what Outlook wants. Outlook considers a lot of data fields during the import process, and it can be difficult to determine which fields are necessary, or how to get them in the right format. For this reason, it is easier and more reliable to import data into Outlook using the spreadsheet it gives you.

To fix this problem, start by exporting a CSV file out of Outlook. This will give you a spreadsheet template with all of the fields that Outlook requires. Once you have exported a CSV file, you can begin entering the data you have regarding your contacts. If you carefully input your data into the correct fields, you will have a complete data set that is ready to be imported back into Outlook.

Importing is the same process as exporting. You will need to select the updated CSV file from your computer. Outlook will want to verify that the data fields match up, and this won’t be a problem since you are now using Outlook’s template. Now, you should be ready to start importing your contacts into Outlook.

If you follow these steps, you will soon be a master at importing and exporting contacts in Outlook!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE NEXT-GEN XBOX. With a new generation of games comes a new generation of consoles. It is that time of the year again, and we draw ever closer to new consoles.

This is TheGamer’s list of Everything You Need To Know about the XBOX 2.

Check out these other awesome videos!

It seems like only yesterday we were given the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Xbox One was released back in 2013 and, despite many complaints from both hardcore and casual fans, the Xbox made a name for itself and soon, more advanced high-end versions became available. We were given the Xbox One S and One X respectively in recent years with the Xbox One X coming out just under a year ago. So the big question is, what’s the next step for Xbox? Is it too soon to start thinking about the next-gen Xbox console? Most would think so since technically we already have multiple versions of the Xbox One in the form of the One S and One X.

However, with rumors swirling about the PlayStation 5 (PS5), there will also be talk surrounding the next generation Xbox. So the big questions on everyone’s mind is how much more can console progress? We’re in the age of 1080p 60fps games, some even hitting the realm of 4K resolution. Can the human eye even comprehend anything more sharply defined? Also, beyond the graphic specs, what will the games be like? The world of downloadable content is changing the game, but will we see a game system that has no physical discs and a 100% online library? Will VR still be relevant in this new generation? These are important things to consider while we discuss the relevant facts, rumors and speculations about the next-gen Xbox console.

The Talk – Sheryl Underwood Emotional Over Kate Spade; Recalls Husband’s Suicide ‘Note’

Sheryl Underwood opens up in response to the apparent suicide Kate Spade, who left behind a note for her 13 year-old daughter. Underwood shares, “I’m kinda emotional about this because as you know my husband killed himself… I’m sad for her daughter, for that to be in the note because my husband left a note. And what the note does to the person who is still alive is, it shows that the person who is no longer alive has now had the final word. There’s nothing you can do about it now. And that pain… it doesn’t go away. I really hope that the family can come together for her daughter because it just doesn’t go away.”
